Skin Exams
Full head to toe skin examination/evaluation for abnormalities to the skin using the “ABCDE’s” of Skin Cancer and Melanoma. Treatment recommendations are made during the visit, (Biopsy, Cryotherapy, topical medications, referral, etc.) As a student and my first position after graduating, I trained in a Skin Cancer Surgery Clinic (Mohs) in Arizona. Patient’s skin cancer growths were evaluated, treated, room to room, all day long, which gave me an excellent knowledge of skin cancers and their appropriate treatments.

Acne
Acne is a socially debilitating skin concern and I have treated hundreds of patients and assisted them with clearer skin. I build my treatment plan specifically for each Acne patient, one size does not fit all. I use a conservative approach when finding the best possible treatment. Acne not only effects Teens, but also Adults as well as those with Rosacea. I may recommend diet changes, light therapy, topical and/or oral therapy to include oral ACCUTANE.
Skin Growth Removal & Treatment
These skin annoyances are typically considered “Cosmetic” by Insurances and are rarely covered. My prices are affordable for treatment of Skin Tags, Sun/"liver”Brown spots, Cherry Spots, Adult acquired “Barnacles” and other blemishes/ bumps . Hypertrophic Scars can be treated for improvement of the tissue. Warts may be treated with prescription topical medication and/or Cryotherapy (“Freezing”). Cysts will be evaluated, scheduled for excision or referred for excision. I do not treat Lipomas, but will evaluate and make a referral for excision with a Surgeon.
Psoriasis
Psoriasis will be evaluated and recommendations made for topical and/or oral therapy. I do not treat with Biologics, but after evaluation, I will make a referral to a Provider who will do so.
Eczema, Dandruff &Flaky Skin
Irritated, itchy and allergy skin can be uncomfortable. Eczema can be on many body locations to include the hands, occurring with itching and blisters. Flaky eyebrows, nasal folds, around the ears and even the scalp are all annoying. Treatment options will be discussed for these common skin issues.
